  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription with 14 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. Just contact us and we’ll happily assist you.

  • Our subscriptions are designed to encourage consistent self-care, so treatments do not roll over to the next month. We recommend booking in advance to make the most of your benefits.

  • Subscriptions are non-transferable and must be used by the named member only. However, we do offer gift cards if you’d like to treat someone special!

  • Once you become a member, you’ll receive access to your chosen treatments each month. Simply book your appointments at your convenience, and redeem your included services using your unique code you recieve on your confirmation email or sign up/ login to your account.
